Food was fresh but not so tasty, vegetables were good but the soup dishes need to be improved. Although the desserts were free, it should not just taste like sugar water! On the last day of the service, the Tingkat was not delivered, and we only ... More realised that they had closed their kitchen for a few days for cleaning when I called them. Michelle said she did let customers know by “clipping” a paper on the plastic bag containing the food but we thought the paper was just a reminder to consume the food in time. They did not notify us through email or call. Michelle felt apologetic and kept saying sorry but I don’t think it was her fault. The management should have fulfilled the contract/agreement that we signed up for and should not stop the service suddenly without properly notifying us.

This is my first time ordering from Ishiro. To be honest, the dishes tasted weird, some vegetables were uncooked or overcooked and the soups either no taste or taste weird. Their service was great but unfortunately our family disliked their dishes.

Repeat order, overall ok but feel like the food are not as good as first order. Hope FDFM can improve more.

Food is good, like home cook, fresh and delivery time is after 3pm. Food above average, better than other caterer that we have tried.
