Enjoyed the prawns, Neoh Hiang, curry chicken, ee fu noodles. The 8 Treasure vegetable dish is a bit undercooked for me, cabbage could be softer as I have elderly folks in my CNY gathering. Pork rib king dish is a misnomer- the pork slices are thin ... More and dry, hard to chew for old people. I do like the close follow up communication prior to delivery, I feel assured that my order is being attended to and it will arrive on the first day of CNY. My buffet arrived on time. Overall I am pleased with the quality of the food despite this being CNY period with heavy orders for their kitchen where quality and consistency of cooking could have been compromised. I’m unhappy that the service team did not come to take away the buffet service set up on the same day after the event. The leftover curry and food started to spoil n smell on the 2nd day. I msg the caterer and got a response on the 4th day. Given that manpower is short during the festive season, I shall overlook this.

Best dishes include prawn with chilli crab sauce( but the mantou buns were missing), curry chicken. The communication on confirmation and delivery could be more forthcoming. I was wondering if the food would arrive when it was past delivery time. ... More Considering it was CNY 3rd day, caterers are busy busy fulfilling orders, the food came so I can overlook it.

We ordered an American Cheesecake, a non baked cheesecake which was good. The biscuit base is not too thick and the cheese is light, not heavy.
