We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you had been through.

As we take food hygiene matters very seriously, our team has immediately proceed to conduct an investigation. ... More

We found out that the 'sand in vegetable' case did happen last month. Our management team has issued a stern warning to the Kitchen staff and this case was reviewed to our vegetable supplier as well to ensure better quality vegetables is delivered to our kitchen. This case has been resolved since April 2020 and we will ensure such matter will not happen again.

Our Tingkat menu does include fried food items a few times in a month to suit every food preference and hence there’s more variety of food choice. It is recommended to look at the Tingkat menu of the month before ordering.

We truly appreciate your feedback and we will strive to serve you better in future.
