Many times that i ordered from them, never fail to meet my expectations. services are excellent and understanding

We have continuously ordered from them as their food quality is better than the rest. price is also quite reasonable.

They are quite different and unique to other caterers that i have used for the past few months. I wanted to try out something different and hence gone for the 5 days trial. The second time we order food from them. food quality is not bad as compared to others. the variety of food choices was plentiful. the only feedback was that the vegetables tasted rather bland at times

Sorry to be so upfront but I have to admit that the food is really bad and tasteless (not sure If this is due to their "healthier" choice of ingredients. They even gave me unpeeled carrot in my soup for few days till I complained and changed to no ... More soup instead. I have tried other caterers but would have to list this as the lowest unfortunately. However the customer service has been fantastic so I would say no fault on their side.

During the first days i have chosen the soup option, the carrots were cooked with the skin remain ... More unpeeled. i have feedback the following day and again there is the carrot being cooked unpeeled. i was rather frustrated with such poor quality of food. i would never order from this caterer ever again. On the other hand, the customer service has been quite helpful and efficient, definitely no fault at their end.
