Overall, food quality is good and there is a wide variety for the meat and vegetable dishes. Unfortunately, the food portions are small and was further reduced after the 1st 2 weeks. We have sent feedback directly to the caterer but have not seen ... More any improvement in the food portions yet. Also, french fries cannot really be considered one dish. The soups are too salty for our liking and are mostly cooked with pieces of chicken skin. Not much meat in the soups and on some days, it's just vegetables and thin slices of fish cake. We have renewed for another 20 days. Hopefully, we will see some improvements in the food portions and less salt for the soups.

Customer service (James) was prompt. Delivery timing was inconsistent and often as early as 9 am for lunch. Overall, food was acceptable but lacks variety so several items were repeated over the 20 days. The 4th dish is really just a snack and we ... More often get chives dumplings or something similar. There's a lot of processed food and the meat dishes were mostly made from frozen meat. We have tried several caterers since CB last year so we can tell that it's not value for the price paid compared to other caterers at this price point.

We like that the food is still warm on arrival and reaches us between 11am to 12pm. However, food portions are to little even for light eaters like us. A lot more processed food used compared to other providers. Internal processes need improvement ... More e.g. slow response from customer service, no time stamp on food until we asked for it, no weekly menu provided, delivery cancelled at short notice without valid reason.

Food was too oily & salty for us. Quality of food is average and not so healthy. On Day 2, we were given 4 eggs as one of the dishes. On another day, we found an insect in the vegetables. Delivery is around 10.30 am which is too early for lunch.
