The food portion was reduced since late 2023 when I tried their 5 day trial. Customer service is responsive

Decent amount of food for 4 pax. Mainly is 3 veg + 1 meat or 2 veg + 2 meat. I like it as there’s hardly processed food

Food portions are smaller though they kept to the original prices. Very prompt customer service. They try to reduce carbon footprint by using thermal bags

A little bit on the pricey side but I feel it is worth the money. Delivery is always prompt. Looking forward to my 2nd order

In the few days leading to CNY, 1 night, the protein was sardines + ngoh hiang and another night was yakitori + siew mai. I would expect a caterer to provide decent cooked food instead of these kind of ready-made food

All the dishes are great. Looking forward to the daily dinner variety. Only bad thing is, if I cancel dinner for a night, Empress Porridge does not extend the end date by another day. Instead, they do a refund.

Serving size is more than enough for 4 of us. Taste is ok. Soup is nice. Delivery time is 5+pm for dinner.

Dinner reached me about 5+ daily. Mostly on time with the exception of 1 day of no show!
But they extended 1 day to my order.

As the soup taste just like water, I requested to change to 4 dishes. But was told by caterer that I need to pay $2 per day for the change. So I stick with my bland soup
