Am generally disappointed with hewtop. Have ordered consecutively for around 5 times and quality of food is about the same, pretty average. Caterer don’t seem to improve its quality. This is my last order. What made me finally stop ordering from ... More them was the rubber timing. 7 out of 10 times arrived on the dot at 630pm or later rendering it inedible by NEA standard. Now that I have moved on to another caterer, I’m so happy with my new caterer. Should have moved on long time ago.

Food is generally good. However the timing can be improved. A few times the delivery was late, later than 630pm and food was deemed to have expired according to the sticker pasted on top of the tingkat. Feedback was given, the reply was there was a ... More change in driver and route. Would appreciate compensation of some sort instead of just a reply like that.

This is a Repeat order for the 5th time. We like most of the dishes. But tofu dish always goes bad. Look forward to less processed food. Hope to see one processed food dish only.

Would be good if the 4th dish is not a processed food type, as usually the 3rd dish is processed food.

The first few rounds when we ordered, food was delivered pretty late at 6-630 or so. This time round, it’s much earlier.
However, it’s become a common occurrence that the tofu dish always goes bad with a distinct sour smell even when we put ... More into the refrigerator the moment we received it.

Ordered trial 5 day and was quite pleased with the dishes. Continued to order 20 day dinner. Happy to continue the service.

Food was above average given its reasonable price and variety. Thanks for Options for no spicy and boneless fish.
