Service is prompt . Price is ok . Maybe needs a bit more diversification in seafood for protein choices. Overall it is good .

They are timely and food is pretty good . No complaints so far . We have ordered a few times and their customer service is good . They give advance menu for your reference . Their price may not be the cheapest but good quality .

This is the 4th renewal . So far pne of the best timgkat available . I ordered for my aged parents and they appreciate the taste and consistency of the food .

Very good . Food is housed in a thermal bag making it warm and fresh. The service is always punctual . So far one of the beat tingkat providers on foodline .

I’ve had a very good experience with Empress Porridge Tingkat. The food is consistently nice , comforting, and well-cooked, with ingredients that taste fresh and wholesome. Portions are generous and filling, and the dishes feel thoughtfully ... More prepared rather than mass-produced. I especially appreciate that the flavours are well-balanced—not too salty—making it suitable for daily meals and all ages. Delivery has been punctual and packaging is neat. Overall, it’s a reliable and satisfying tingkat service that feels homely and nourishing. Highly recommended.
