Fong Fu is strong in vegetable dishes, very tasty.

Generally, the dishes are quite oily and salty. Vegetable dish is well fried and tasty.
Initially started well, but towards 3rd going 4th week, dishes changed, particularly more on the soup, not according to menu.
Braised 3 items dish with pork ... More skin (as seen in kway chap) - surely there's better nutritious substitute ingredient. Being elderly with high cholesterol, I'm not a fan of pork skin.
