First time trying, cake was generally okay. It was not too sweet.

Food was so-so.
taste is not consistent. sometimes its nice, sometimes its not.

Nice food, service is great and kept ordering for more!

Friends and family were satisfied with the cake and it was delicious but cake is a little dry as compared to the previous time when I ordered a Hojicha Cake.
overall, still satisfied with the cake.

However, I hope that the service can improve ... More as I opt for self collection and I had trouble finding the location for an hour at Taiseng. I tried to contact the caterer personally and the store number but could not get through them as they did not pick up the call. I whatsapp to the number but instructions was not clear enough and I hope the caterer can accept the call, and explain properly to save time.
