Food is decent but delivery is always very early hence by the time we consume, the vegetable will usually turn bad.

Food is okay and service is fine too. However the delivery is usually very early (e.g. around 3pm) causing the vegetable to be soggy by 6pm.

Food is still okay but still has room for improvement. Could improve on delivery timing because sometimes I can receive my dinner tingkat as early as 2.30pm. Hope to see more varieties on dishes.

The food is acceptable but the delivery is far too early. Normally I receive my Dinner Tingkat at around 3pm. Sometime it comes as early as before 3pm. Food was okay and portion is decent. I would say this caterer is one of the more value for money option on Foodline despite adding GST to their menu recently. Delivery is quite early and many times the vegetable will spoilt by 7pm.

Food is ok but vegetable can be improved. Delivery is very early at Punggol. Sometime received before 3pm+ and by dinner time, the vegetable may have turned bad.

Food is ok. Service is good. Again I have to comment in the vegetable because by the time our family eat, it already turned bad.

The food is nice as compared to another caterer I used to order from. Service is good too just that the delivery is a bit too early. Everyday I received my Dinner Tingkat before 4pm.

Food is improving and service is good. However in terms of value, HewTop Catering used to have no GST but now GST is added resulting in a cost increase of about $25 for my Dinner Tingkat for 4 pax.

The soup is nice but the pork is a bit too thick. The Tau Kwa is nice too. However most of the time the vegetable turn bad quick quickly.
