Dinner delivery was late on one occasion due to assigned driver was on MC and the new driver could have missed his way causing late delivery. On another occasion, a prawn dish was presented although no seafood was requested upfront. For this ... More incident, the caterer replaced one additional dish on next day delivery. Overall, the service seemed to have improved over previous bad experience, and the food quality has maintained its standard at this price point. I was hoping the communication channel with the caterer can be better although there is room for improvement.

Admin side can be better managed as my request to skip meals on certain dates, the dinner still deliver on that very day. On one occasion, the dinner didn't arrive, but that day supposed to have my dinner. Very confusing management for skip meals ... More process. Food tasted salty on many occasions and received charred egg dish on one occasion. Although complained was well received but the management promised to compensate one dish for the incident did not take place. In view that my order request no spicy and seafood, I have received numerous "happy meal" as a substitute. Not sure why this kind of standard this caterer is trying to show. The comms channel with the caterer can be better improve too.

Requested to skip meals but still receive the dinner delivery on 2 occasions. This was a repeated mistake by the caterer since my last contract with them and they promised to make good the communication within the kitchen. I am half hope to gain any ... More improvement after several encounters with them and half suspect this may happen for my cancellation for tomorrow. Overall, the food quality is of acceptable at this price point, but the variety can be better, and portion can be more for 2 pax order.

First time ordering this Tingkat dinner from Robert Catering. Customer service over WhatsApp is not very responsive. Received two seafood dishes (LaLa/Sotong ring) on two occasions although I have highlighted no seafood for my order. On the third ... More day of my order, received a message from caterer that the vehicle broke down and no dinner will be delivered for that very day. This incident caused much inconvenience to make alternate arrangement on our dinner. Have informed to cancel dinner on a few days but received the dinner delivery on 2 occasions despite no dinner is expected. This has caused food wastage on the 2 occasions. Overall, this caterer has much room for improvement in terms of communication and alternate vehicle in the case of vehicle broke down situation. Food wise is of acceptable standard at this price point.

On 2 occasions where the food served were much smaller portions than normal. Feedback to caterer and gotten a replacement dish as caterer admitted the smaller portions were served wrongly. The quality of food has maintained at an acceptable level thus far. For this contract, the delivery was done on time and never late as per past experience. Keep up the good job Hewtop catering.

This month the food quality is acceptable, and delivery was on time. Not much complaint about the food quality and delivery service. Hope it maintain this level of service quality and no surprises for us. Thank you.

One of the vegetable dishes turned sour when delivered. Feedback to caterer and it was admitted the vegetable could have turned bad due to early preparation time. On another occasion, the food was delivered very late, almost 7pm, and there was no ... More update from the caterer for the potential lateness of delivery. For that day, I have to order my dinner separately as the food is not safe to consume once past 630pm even though it was subsequently delivered at about 7pm. Trying to contact the caterer after 630pm but didn't get any response. This is a very negative experience thus far with this caterer. Although compensation was done, I believe more can be done to improve on the food quality and delivery service.

One of the dishes, the pig trotter, always deliver with bones and skin fats and with very little meat. Have received this dish several times in this pathetic condition and hence feedback to caterer to remove this dish once and for all. For the rest ...
