Food quality met our expectations as usual. The delivery time is always on the dot and for this contract month, never late ever. Tried the soup package and my family members enjoy the soup much and hope to try again the following month.

As always, the quality of food is of acceptable level and the delivery is on time for this contract period. Will continue to make order for next month in view of this acceptable quality of food and service.

The food and service were up to my expectation over the last 20 days. However, on one occasion, they delivered the wrong order that came with a soup instead of the 4 dish as per my order. Although, this was compensated with one more dish the next ... More day, but the additional dish was only delivered 2 days after the incident as claimed the driver forgot to pick-up the additional dish. On another occasion, the dinner was delivered at 610pm, which was very close to the unsafe consumption cut-off time of 630pm. No compensation was made for this late delivery but only offer a verbal apology on this incident. Overall, the service can be better in terms of packing the right order for customer and on time delivery for better experience to the customer.

This is the third month order from HewTop catering. Overall, it was an acceptable quality standard for my family. Just on one occasion, the vegetable dish was found to be sour, and taste funny as compared to any other days. The feedback was given to ... More the caterer but only receive a message apology. Perhaps the caterer should have compensated in the form of additional dish given to customer on next day delivery as what I have experienced from the other caterer when something bad happened.
