Sorry for the late reply on your feedback as was busy with the running up events. We are sincerely apology for the incident happened for your event. When we received the feeback from your Whatapps, we have taken the immediate ... More investigation for the related matter. Our vegetable cutters did do their job and it might because of the bulk cleaning and the worm stucked in is unremoveable. Nevertheless, the blue plastic should be the cutting part of the seasoning packaging then accidentally drop into the dish while cooking.

As a token of apology, we are willing to offer 5% discount on your menu price as recovery on the negligence matter.
