Something about this dish just makes me want to go back for more! Their Oriental Roasted Chicken is cooked to perfection
making the meat tender and the after-taste of the honey lemon made the entire dish worthwhile as
it had a balance of salty and sweet! If you want a flavor boost, I recommend dipping it with BBQ sauce or Mayonnaise!
Definitely a must-try dish for the whole family!

My favorite dish for this menu would be their Golden Wheat Cereal Coated Fish Fillet. Thick fish deep fried till golden
perfection then coated with cereal, chili and curry leaves. The fish was chewy and filled with generous amount of
flavor that wasn't too salty for my taste buds! I recommend dipping this also with any other condiments
to give the dish a boost of flavor!

4. Imperial Butter Milk Prawn帝皇奶油虾
If you are a seafood lover then you are going to love this dish. The thick prawns are mixed with the buttermilk and sprinkled with
garnishes. One bite from this and I was on cloud nine as the prawns were thick, chewy and it's filled with generous
amount of buttermilk. Making this dish an exception for seafood lovers and non-seafood people to enjoy!

5. Thai Mango Wu Xiang Roll 泰式芒果五香卷
A Hokkien dish known as the Wu Xiang Roll or Ngoh Hiang in English has made it's way to the table!
It's a dish that comprises various meats and vegetables with other ingredients, seasoned with five-spice powder and
rolled inside a thin beancurd sheet and deep-fried to golden brown. It has the right texture and wasn't too salty
for me to go for seconds! The perfect dish to be shared around with your loved ones this Chinese New Year!

6. Jade Fried Rice w/ Seafood & Cashew Nuts金银玉宝 海鲜炒饭
I can never say no to rice especially if it's Fried Rice! Their Jade Fried Rice is filled with different types of ingredients including
crabmeat, prawns, vegetables and not forgetting cashew nuts to give the crunchiness to the dish.
What's the best thing about this dish is that it has a mixture of white and brown rice so I can say that
it's in a way healthy and nutritious! A good staple food to enjoy with the rest of the dishes!

7. Flourishing Greens w/ Gingko Nuts翡翠西兰花炒白果鲜香菇
Did you know that Ginkgo Nuts have been used as a Chinese supplement to cure coughs, fever and even diarrhea?
Afterall, a feast is nothing without a healthy and nutritious balance. This dish comes with vegetables including
Broccolis, Carrots, Mushrooms and Ginkgo Nuts. Although I am not a fan of crunchy vegetables, I still enjoyed
the dish as it contains vitamins and minerals but if you like crunchy ones, you can look forward to this dish!

8. Prosperous “Carp Almond Jelly”年年有余 (杏仁布丁)
The first thing that caught my eye would be how adorable and majestic this dessert is. Their
Prosperous “Carp Almond Jelly” is entirely made of jelly, starting off with the blue base jelly followed
by the fish jelly. Lastly finishing off this dessert with 3 slices of oranges, peeled and laid with other garnishes.
The jelly had just the right amount of sweetness for me. Overall, the taste and the artwork is brilliant and delicious!
