How to Curb Your Habit of Sleeping With Lights On?

However, what if you have a habit of sleeping with lights on? To Help you curb such habit, I will be sharing with you a few tips which can hopefully help you one way or another.
- Use Binds

By using binds, it will darken your room in the night but still allowing some light to pass through.
- Exercise
If possible, try to exercise in the day like morning or afternoon, you will feel more tired at night which will allow you to sleep easily.
- Avoid putting electronics close to you

As mentioned before, placing electronic devices near you can disrupt your sleep one way or another due to radiation so try to put it a distance away from you, or if possible, out of the room.
- Avoid daytime naps

Try not to take naps in the day because you will only mess up your sleep schedule and might have difficulties falling asleep at night.
With these few important tips, I hope it helps and allow you to curb your habits of having to sleep with lights on.
