Mahjong cake for a mahjong person as a surprise gift. Cute design n favour is rich. Not 1st time ordering. Will order again design cake from them.

1st time order from River Ash Bakery for my son to celebrate his 2yo Birthday. The cake is nice and fun. My son likes the toys and my girl like the cake. Portion just nice for small celebration. ?

Taste of the cake, horrible.
Colour of the cake too red.
Should change to lighter red or pink.

The cake that i showed them, they already try to imitate as close as possible to my reference picture, hence i think it is an added point already. As for the catering, me myself not really like the food taste. So still okay only.

Stunning yet warm design, especially love the sou po clay toy. Creative! However, the red colouring cream is too rich and cake has too much cream in between the sponge cake.

Ordered a customised cake. Exceeded our expectations. The colours, and workmanship are so refine. Highly recommended.

The delivery was swift and without hassle. The cake high quality and even upon making a mistake during order, I was given a chance to apply a voucher retrospectively - good service.

I had the pleasure of engaging River Ash Bakery for my 3-year-old daughter's birthday party, and I can't say enough good things about them!
Their service was top-notch and incredibly accommodating and they went above and beyond to customize a cake that perfectly fit our needs.
We needed a 6-inch and 8-inch 2 tier cake. We had a unique request for a 2-in-1 design featuring Bunny and Stella Lou themes on each side, and the result was just stunning and beyond our expectations!

The cakes were not only visually stunning & gorgeous but also delicious. The chocolate fudge flavor was rich and satisfying without being overly sweet, striking the perfect balance.
I was so impressed with how beautiful and tasty the cakes were. It's clear that River Ash Bakery puts a lot of love and care into their creations.
I will definitely be returning to River Ash Bakery for future celebrations. Highly recommend their fantastic service and delightful cakes! =)

Order a birthday cake , but in foodline system it state that the delivery charge paid for was for a specific timing, thus I ordered the cake and choose a specific timing for the cake delivery as there is no fridge at the venue to store the cake.

The cake was delivery 2 hrs earlier then the state time of delivery.

Was a bit disappointed by this.

Text and inform River Ash as we have pay for $25 for the delivery charge for specific dat e& time of delivery as state on foodline website. where others cake shop / bakery was to choose a time range inside of specific timing , thus I choose river ash over the others end up it was not delivery on specific timing and River ash reply that they have state somewhere there is a range of 2 hrs for delivery can cannot delivery at my specific time as they will closed and they can control foodline display and how it is on the website.

I think Foodline needs to update the system / website to state the information correctly or will will be confused and make the wrong decision.

I would have choose a different bakery or make other decision if I know they will not delivery at the specific time. I still received SMS from Foodline that my delivery is confirm and will delivery on the specific date & time I state, thus I didnt know that the cake will not be delivery on specific time but a range of 2 hrs before.. lucky the cake was able to last in aircon room for 2 hrs , else I will have a unhappy birthday celebration with a melted cake.

The bakery was very accommodating and sent me a pic of the cake the night before. Delivery guy was also very polite and on time. Cake was well received and bday boy likes it! Taste good too! Just that the black cream is very black and had to brush teeth after eating.
