Order was easy, confirmation received immediately, reconfirm by phone was done one day before event.
Delivery on time and set up done quickly, pleasant and courteus, collection was as specified time too.
Overall food was delicious, only prawns were soft and stick to shell, will be great if there is have other choice than prawn for Seafood selection. Mee siam and curry were best combination. As review from others, eclairs were fresh and delightful.

The toufu already turned sour when we gotten the food. Delivery was prompt, service provided was good. worked around with my request as well.

Compared to other food caterers that I have engaged previously, the food portion is not generous as what other reviewers had mentioned.
The baby Kailan was hard while the prawns were mashy, a clear sign they were not fresh. The grilled chicken (in honey sesame sauce) was not marinated hence were pretty tasteless. The saving grace was they did not use chicken breasts.
Mee Siam was the nicest dish, together with breaded fish and the egg tofu. The sauce from the egg tofu can be used on the fried rice, as the latter was pretty bland.
The spring rolls were disappointingly soft and the pink guava cordial was not popular either.

Food delivery is punctual and set up was fast. Portions are good and tasty. Glad to have ordered from Brightaste for my event. And it's Halal certified so I do not have to worry about my malay friends.

Wonderful buffet experience! The Mee Siam was bursting with flavor, and the curry chicken was a spicy delight. Highly recommend for a tasty and satisfying meal!
