Food was delivered on time. The chicken was abit dry, perhaps could be serve with a side sauce. The ham and sausages could have been better. The prawn with the cheese tasted good. The sauce for the salmon was nice too. Overall, food was not bad.

Food not fantastic. Room for improvement. Paper plates insufficient. Have to top up ourselves. Delivery staff is friendly and on time.

Bridgetaste Food having friendly and excellent service that solved my doubt. They having professional staff to set up my buffet on my event. We love their curry chicken most that finish up very fast. Will choose their catering again for my coming event.

Foodline (Ms Tracy) very friendly and assist to liaise with the vendor for any changed of food.

The vendor is also very accommodating to change to my request because some items needed to be no pork no egg.

Food portion was just right for the number of pax which is good for no waste.

Delivery guy was very friendly and helpful.

The food n service was excellent. the food tags are useful for our guests to know what food they may like to try.

While the taste of the food was generally quite ok & well received and the disposable cutlery were just enough, there were a number of lapses in the services that fell below expectation.

Arrival and Setup
The arrival time was grossly late for about 50 mins to nearly an hour, and by the time the set up was done, it was already around 25 mins past indicated event timing; claimed to be due to traffic jam.
There was no Halal Certificate displayed; some of the guests had to ask and check whether the food is Halal.
One of the tables set up was clearly slated/unbalanced, as a result, the food trays set up on the table were also clearly slated/unbalanced. While the staff assured that it was safe and the food will not topple over, it is potentially a hazard.

Food & Serving Utensils
Fried Cauliflower w Black Fungus & Shrimp: There was no shrimp in the Fried Cauliflower w Black Fungus & Shrimp dish, which is different from what is indicated & shown in the photo in the Foodline listing.
Steamed Mini Soon Kueh w Sweet Sauce: There was no sweet sauce given at all.
The food portions for the dishes were quite small too; some of the dishes had finished before all the attendees had taken the food.
The serving utensils were not totally appropriate though; it was challenging to serve the vegetables with gravy with tongs.

Collection and Clearing Up
The collection & clearing up was about 30 mins later than what was agreed.
As there was still a meeting going on in one of the rooms, I have requested for the staff to try to minimize the noise level, however the request was clearly not heeded/ignored; the staff continued to be quite rough with the food trays, causing a lot of noises.
Furthermore, the staff was careless in the clearing up & pouring away of the leftover food, resulting in spillages of the gravy on the floor; the floor had just been cleaned up & mopped after the event ended, however the floor was dirtied by the staff's careless & irresponsible actions.
Even though the other staff offered to wipe away the spillage briefly with tissue, the floor was still dirty and required another round of cleaning to clean away the grease.

Caterer apologized and offered a voucher as a token of apology after I emailed to give feedback & complain about the catering.

The food and presentation for me is great. All of the food to me is delicious. the breaded fish with tartar dip and chocolate eclair was the guest favourite. The crew is polite and fast response. The minus is they are 30 mins late when setting up and clean up, and didn't give extra plate, if we order 30, then we will just receive 30. Overall, i would recommend this caterer.

Food was tasty but unfortunately they could not remove the shell for the prawns. I should have asked for no chilli because it was used for the cereal prawn and bee hoon too. The napkins, plates and cutlery were just nice, so we brought along our own extras just in case.

Food was delivered about an hour earlier than my event's start time. So the food was cold towards the end of the evening. Drink was placed on the far edge of the table which for my venue layout, it is not very convenient for guests to reach. Moreover, the dispenser for the drink was loose, so there was drink spillage and trouble to tap the drinks out.

At the end of the evening, wanted to dabao some leftovers, but the caterer already packed everything without us knowing and my guests who wanted to dabao were left disappointed at the wasted food.

Delivery was earlier than expected. The buffet setup was done fast and neatly.
The food was good but could be better. The portion was more than enough.
