Brightaste Food Pte Ltd

Love the convenience and prompt replies from staff of foodline! Fantastic food and service, they were also v accomodating for our request. Recommended for your buffet option!

The food is actually nice, the staff arrive on time, setup also very fast although there is only 1 staff doing all the setup, just a small thing which is the company miss to provide us the cutlery, then the staff go to buy and return to our place again.

The Kung Po Prawns were fresh, juicy, and tasty, while the crystal jelly with longan made the perfect light and refreshing dessert.

Reliable caterer with consistent good food. It is my 3rd order from this caterer. The sin chow bee hoon is very good!

Set up is fast, food portion is just more than enough for 34 pax. will consider to order for my next event.

Overall, the food service was not too bad.
However, as we ordered for 50 pax, the portion seemed a little insufficient.
In addition, many members gave feedback that the Wok Fried HK Noodle with Egg was rather tasteless, which made the experience a little unsatisfactory.

On the positive side, cutleries and plates were sufficient, kudos to the caterer for that.

Overall, it was a positive experience order with this caterer.

Thank God my colleagues love the food, the only feedback is the food needs to add a little more flavor/salt else perfect. This is my first time order from foodline and it turn out good. I'm satisfied and definitely happy with the food, highly recommended!

Thank you :)

It was a successful catering and the food was good for everyone. Here is my and the crowd constructive feedback

Delivery and setup -
On point with the timing, no issue with the food delivery setup. Just the clearing was slightly later than planned, 2100 instead of 2030, but no issue with clearing.

Dishes -
Fried Rice / Mee goreng - Both were good and more than enough in quantity. Could add a colourful garnish to the fried rice to make it look better

Potato salad - was alright

Fried chicken with lychee sauce - this dish was a bit dry and tough, could use grilled chicken instead of fried

Cereal Fish - this dish was good but could have used curry leaves to make it more fragrant

Chilli sauce prawn - the sauce was good and the prawn was fresh, only feedback from people was lazy to peel the shell. Maybe it could have deshelled it before adding the sauce

Kailan - dish was alright

Siew Mai - crowd favourite, gone very early

Crab claw - good finger food (all gone)

Eclair - good pastry (all gone)

Cold Cheng Teng - good

Fruit Punch - alright

One small issue with the drink canister tap was loose and spilled more than half the drink all over the floor halfway through the event. We had to clean up the place of the spillage.

Overall, I was more than satisfied with the food catering for the event.

Sin Chow beehoon and Scallops were very nice tasting. Portions were also more than enough. The only complaint is that prawns had shells so it was less popular since people usually don't want to peel shells at an event.

Food was great up to expectations. Food Portion definitely more then what you expect. Nicely setup. Definitely will order again.
