It was a successful catering and the food was good for everyone. Here is my and the crowd constructive feedback

Delivery and setup -
On point with the timing, no issue with the food delivery setup. Just the clearing was slightly later than ... More planned, 2100 instead of 2030, but no issue with clearing.

Dishes -
Fried Rice / Mee goreng - Both were good and more than enough in quantity. Could add a colourful garnish to the fried rice to make it look better

Potato salad - was alright

Fried chicken with lychee sauce - this dish was a bit dry and tough, could use grilled chicken instead of fried

Cereal Fish - this dish was good but could have used curry leaves to make it more fragrant

Chilli sauce prawn - the sauce was good and the prawn was fresh, only feedback from people was lazy to peel the shell. Maybe it could have deshelled it before adding the sauce

Kailan - dish was alright

Siew Mai - crowd favourite, gone very early

Crab claw - good finger food (all gone)

Eclair - good pastry (all gone)

Cold Cheng Teng - good

Fruit Punch - alright

One small issue with the drink canister tap was loose and spilled more than half the drink all over the floor halfway through the event. We had to clean up the place of the spillage.

Overall, I was more than satisfied with the food catering for the event.
