Order staff could be better trained; pricing policy flawed Reviewed on 18th Dec 2017 Verified Purchase Unpleasant order process when I realised that the price I'm paying for 30Pax mini buffet (7 dishes; without set up, warmers, return collection) is the same as a normal buffet for 30pax ( 10 dishes and all the frills). I was not informed by the order ... More staff of the ridiculous price that I was paying for less! For 30 pax and less trouble for them, I should be getting a normal buffet to be fair. Felt seriously shortchanged and experience was worsened by the unconvincing explanation by the support staff. (It's the management pricing setting no choice. ) to make things worse, the order staff messed up my request to increase pax and insisted it's a decrease of number of pax despite she quoted me the final figure of the increased number. In the end, I have to go to the mall to get more food for my guests. Food is ok, but seriously the company needs to work on crisis management and customer service to retain customers. First of all, review your mini buffet and normal buffet. Train your staff to advise customers on what they are getting and not trying to pull a fast one.
