So far good service and delivery mostly on time. Reply from cs is also fast and polite. Plus comes with rice.

Delivery was always on time. Have ordered from this seller many times, the foods was good and overall very happy with their service.

Decent food at affordable price that caters to smaller groups, not the first time I’ve ordered from them, downside is their menu are all preset and no changes allowed. Would appreciate if they are able to offer options to tick and choose some items or option to have more dishes instead of me having to order 2 sets which is also kinda overkill. Portion is good

Food was delivered on time. Quantity were not much. Qualify of the dishes could have been better. The fish were very dry. I think better to order one with self heating mini buffet.

Food ordered came earlier usually which was good. Tastes good though quantity should be increased if possible as it is not enough for two persons. Quality is there. Good customer service.

My N times taking up the tingkat package with this caterer.. good and fuse free.. recommend to try their service

Being ordering from East West caterer for pass 6 months, prompt delivery and dishes good for elderly.

Dishes are tasty and overall satisfied with the taste of all dishes, just that the delivery was not consistent, there were 2 days where delivery was late and I had to enquire myself instead of being informed.

Food generally alright. But sometimes the quantity can be quite little. Will be better if they add in more variety and different way of cooking

This event is for our customers. The food is generally good, but stir fried Kai lan was not consumed a lot, and some commented the begedai is not so good as those Malay food stalls in the market. We are trying a different set of menu from East West Fusion next week, and hope it is better.
