East West Fusion

Food is nice. I have been ordering from this caterer for months now. They never disappoint. Will order again.

Repeated order. Delivery was prompt and on time. Food was good, not oily and not too salty. Will order again.

The purpose of ordering tingkat is because i got really sick of eating fast food and was craving for more of like a home-cooked meal. Imaging my disappointment when i sawhotdog in the bento as a side dish to spaghetti.

Food taste is good
Vegetables dish are good.
Delivery is prompt and on the same time.
My mother loves them.

I chose the 4 dishes option for a 5-day trial. The dishes I liked best were the Thai Curry egg plus tofu and the steamed minced pork. My mother commented that the rice is particularly well-cooked & fragrant. Prompt delivery & courteous response to my inquiries.

The food taste is not good. Frozen food is often. Delivery is on time. But will not order again since there are so many available Tingkats.

Customer service (James) was prompt. Delivery timing was inconsistent and often as early as 9 am for lunch. Overall, food was acceptable but lacks variety so several items were repeated over the 20 days. The 4th dish is really just a snack and we often get chives dumplings or something similar. There's a lot of processed food and the meat dishes were mostly made from frozen meat. We have tried several caterers since CB last year so we can tell that it's not value for the price paid compared to other caterers at this price point.

I had a 10-day package. The dinner comes between 3.15 to 3.30 pm daily which is way too early. Out of these 10 days, I had kangkong twice. Everyday there will be at least 1 processed food... hotdogs, global, beancurd with fish filling etc Basically the food is not salty nor oily but very few variations.

Food is healthy and not salty. Delivery service is excellent. I wish the portions are more. The caterer provides desserts on Sundays too.

There was nothing too special about the food as it tasted pretty much like tingkat food. Their service was excellent as they accepted my late order for a next day lunch delivery, so the response had been really prompt. I realised not all caterers are able to do that. And the food arrived before expected delivery time.
