- Over the course of two weeks, cabbage was only served once, as we prioritize variety and a well-rounded selection of vegetables in our meal plans.
- The mushroom sauce mentioned in your review is actually our homemade mushroom soup, crafted with fresh, blended mushrooms for an authentic and hearty flavor.
- The day you were served wedges and fried fish fillet was part of our Western-themed menu, which rotates daily to offer a variety of cuisines to our customers.

We have called you on 13 Sep 23 at 1249pm and tried to understand more on the issues you mentioned in your feedback but did not receive any inputs with regards to your feedback on quantity, quality and variety. As mentioned during our call, plastic bags are provided to our customers who are ending their subscription and hence the last 3 days of your subscription, the food was not provided in thermal bags.
