Food is good but order process can be improved

Not sure if it's good to have noodles on the menu as they do not keep well considering that delivery timings. Overall, food is still good although portions and quality seem reduced and not so worth the price tag anymore. While the emphasis on food variety is appreciated, ordering via Foodline needs to be improved. Caterer takes a long time to accept order and needs to be reminded.

If you like variety, Must Try

First time to order such "Tingkat" which is not the standard 3 dishes + 1 soup or 4 dishes. Everyday you will have surprise and the food is good sometimes.
If you happen like to have vegetarian food on certain day, they can customize for you. However, it is a bit pricey and hope they can review it again.

Fantastic quality variety

Higher than normal catering price but the food was really good with different variety each day. the quality of dishes was really worthy of the price paid. My family and i always looked forward towards what's for dinner!

In general, we love the menu and the variety of food offered. A huge bonus is the lovingly plated kids meal that my kid looks forward to every week. More hits than misses. Would love to see larger servings of green vegetables :)

Food is good but service is hit-and-miss

Overall food is tasty and of reasonable quality. No repeat dishes during the 10 days. We were so looking forward to the mini buddha jump over the wall. So disappointed that all the gravy leaked out of the container! See attached. No apology or offer of replacement item next day from caterer. Billing and payment process can be improved.
