You won't see processed or frozen food. Their porridge is absolutely delicious and can even eat it on its own. I can see kanpei ... More (dried scallops) in the porridge. I guess that's why its so tasty. Though not everything is good. Their Teochew porridge is delicious but their side dish like salted eggs is too little. For 2 pax portion, it was only catered half salted egg and 7-8 sliced of pickled mustard. Although the main dish was huge. I think they should strike a balance there.
