Fong Fu Food Catering

Mine is DINNER tingkat. For every single day the food arrived at 1.50pm. Yes 1.50pm... That's ridiculously early for dinner. That means the food is cook at 12pm-1pm?
It's fortunate i'm at home each time to take in the food. If we are all out working and could only reach home at 6-7pm, the food would most probably spoil in the hot weather nowadays.

I did complain to them, the person reply was ask me to put my own thermal bag outside my house so that their guy can put the food inside. Firstly wth they want to trouble me to buy my own thermal bag, secondly, that method is not safe anyways. It's because everytime i open up the plastic containers, the covers are full of water condensation. That means the food is not cool down first before they close the cover.
That is the exact recipe for bacteria growth = warm temperature and high humidity.
So that means putting them in a thermal bag would NOT help at all.
I'm never ordering from this caterer again.

This is the 2nd time I renew my tingkat with them as my girls like the food and sauce they provided but some days may not have sauces.hope they always have sauces suitable for children.

Dishes was tasty and portion was generous, some fried items were too oily hope caterer can take note.

The food is averagely good for this caterer but not too fantastic. 1st time ordering as this is a new caterer on Foodline

Food are quite nice and portion for 2 persons is sufficient. Delivery to my area is early and good. Will consider to repeat my order.

Meat and soup are quite tasty, portion is sufficient for the order of 4 pax.
Tofu not too hard like some other caters

Countless repeat orders. They have decent varieties. I will definitely reorder for my elderly parents

Food taste was not bad, but variety can be improved. Too many dishes cooked in soy sauce. Delivery is around 6pm which is just nice for us.

We like the dishes and has been order from Fong Fu many times. The service is good and delivery is on time.

Overall tingkat experience is good with Fong Fu. They are prompt and fast responding in WhatsApp message.
