Not too bad
Food was standard but we like that it is less oily that the average cai fan store. the customer service is prompt and food gets delivered as per schedule.

Room for improvement
Food is alright but quite a lot of dishes and soups are quite salty. Delivery quite late for my location.

Tasty food, friendly delivery uncle.
Food was tasty, have a great variety of vegetables and very good portion of food. Delivery uncle was also very friendly and never late.

Healthy and tasty food, recommended, good variety of dishes.
Food is healthy, not too salty and not too oily, suitable for older folks. Soup is especially tasty.

Service so so because no follow up to get our feedback.
Food taste can improve. Sometimes nice sometimes not. Standard need to be consistent. Delivery is still ok. Tingkat caterer service did not ask for feedback.
