I placed a 20‑day delivery order, but the service was unreliable: one day late, another day completely missing after 7:30 PM despite food is ready probably around 2pm as delivery happen around 3pm at times. The company only offered compensation for one day for the undelivered, even though I had to order dinner elsewhere at my own expense, which arrived after 9:30 PM due to their lack of updates. They quoted compensation but in reality it simply mean extend by one day, poor english folks.

The food quality was extremely poor. Dishes were repetitive, flavors were odd, and variety was lacking. Honestly, any coffeeshop mixed‑vegetable rice stall on the street would serve meals 100 times better. About 75% of the dishes were barely edible and ended up as waste.

Consumers are treated more like disposal bins than valued customers while leftover are disposed. This is the second company I’ve tried, and compared to the first, these meals are purely inedible—even worse than the first provider and far inferior to any simple mixed‑vegetable stall.

I like it, it is reliable and cheap, quality not bad, they improve after some feedback. i try this many times and compare prices, so ok lah

Delicious home cooked meals. Quantity is sufficient. Don't repeat dishes often. Delivery is on time.

Utterly Disappointed with their service. Food not arrived and No response from watsapp and phone to follow up. Not apologetic given that the food delivered to wrong place. Food taste not appetising. Not recommended.

Hope they will continue to introduce more braised dishes as these are our favourites. Repeat customer here for the reliable service

The food is quite decent and healthy as it is not too salty and too sweet to be consumed. Would recommend to others. However, we would preferred if the delivery timing can be around 4+ pm instead. foodline

The food and service provided were good and satisfactory, and we can consider Fong Fu as a suitable option should there be any future requirements.

My family is happy with the dishes and the quality of the service. Surely we will order from them again.

Repeat order since last year. However, for this current order brinjal was repeated quite often, which my children do not eat. Portion seems to have reduced too although food quality is still the same.

Sometimes the food was very good and the portions were big, but on some days there were a lot of deep-fried items, which I don’t like much.
