All went well and ok. food is acceptable as average. no other issue encountered. maybe food taste can improve further.

Food was sufficient for 2 pax order and generally ok. Customer service was good. Delivery was early.

My kids love the food, the taste is just nice, not very salty and yet very delicious. Although the delivery uncle mixed up my tingkat food a few times..but the customer service is good.

This is my continued 20 days order for tingkat with this caterer. I am satisfied with the dishes which were very much the same as before in my previous order. We are not veggie lover and we can't finish vegetables. Decided to take a break to eat foodcourt and coffee shop.

This is the third month order from HewTop catering. Overall, it was an acceptable quality standard for my family. Just on one occasion, the vegetable dish was found to be sour, and taste funny as compared to any other days. The feedback was given to the caterer but only receive a message apology. Perhaps the caterer should have compensated in the form of additional dish given to customer on next day delivery as what I have experienced from the other caterer when something bad happened.

Although we ordered nunerous times, we found the standard dropping, unfortunately. Delivery is prompt as always.

Good value for the price, keep it up! I had ordered from the same vendor many times, we are satisfied with the quality and quantity of food and service so far.

Great variety, very nice soup, good service and value for money. Food tastes good as well. Highly recommended.

Have been ordering with this caterer for almost a year but lately the food quality has turned from good to bad. Understand from the driver that there is a change of chef and that's can be the reason causing that. Thus, i have decided to change to another caterer.

Food usually arrive late, likely because I'm one of the last few to receive. States to consume food by 13:30, but food usually arrive around 13:00 or later. Once it has even arrive at 14:15, even had to contact the caterer to ask where is the delivery, no initiative to inform us.
