Value for money, food is okay, but i feel that taste is not as good as previously… maybe because of festive season.

First time order this tingkat service. They are very efficient when there is any issue, they will reply via their watsapp and settle our issue.

Food and service was ok. Food portion was ok for 2 paxs. Variety of food can be improved. Sometimes the vegetable dish are not cooked properly.

This is my second Tingkat order. Overall good. Reliable delivery. Unfortunately the MSG in the tang hoon caused an allergic reaction for my child and she suffered swollen eyes for about a day. The rest of us were fine. For those with MSG allergy, please take note.

Long time customer of caterer. Reliable service. While they try to maintain prices, food quality has dropped slightly. Please let us have more green leafy vegetables. Thanks.

They have never been late or missing. Unlike other provider. I have feedback that food abit salty and seems to have improved.

The food does not taste really nice, portion is fine. Delivery was done much earlier than requested.

Overall is good and improved compared to my last year's order.
Delivery time - sometimes quite early, 4pm.
Soup - need to improve, sometimes the taste a bit sour, not sure is spoilt as the foods are prepared quite early and packed in hot.

Not bad overall, serving size is decent. But at times the ingredients used can be better and dishes need to change. Or else it get a little boring at times.

Food was value for money and suitable to my children (3 and 7 yrs old).
Will order again except the soup was spoiled when it was delivered which i think is the weather as well.

Will re-order again.
