I ordered three times from this tingkat vendor. The food quality had dropped significantly. The food is not fresh. Customer service also deteriorated.

The food was delivered within the stipulated time.
Being ordering with the same caterer for the last 18 months foodline
The quality and portions were enough for 2 paxs and food were packed nicely with plastic container.

The food is good most of the time. Not salty, not too oily. Sometimes, the food portions are huge. Overall, the quality is acceptable, I just wish the vegetable portions is bigger.

The food and service are up to my expectations. The variety of food is good. Not too oily or salty. Highly recommended.

Food normally delivered about 4pm. There was a day I was informed no delivery at 7PM!! I understand that sometimes there might be some unforeseen circumstances but they (caterer) could have informed me earlier as I was waiting for the food and no one reply to my messages/calls when I was trying to reach out to them.

The food portion was big. Food was tasty. Delivery was promot. Customer service is responsive in whatsapp.

Repeated order with hewtop.. a few times came with only one soup.. but overall food is generous and customer service is good..

Well not first time ordering! The food is delicous but nowadays a little small serving.....Please improve on this!
