Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Their food is pretty crapish, it's mostly undercooked, some of the food combinations really cannot make it such the Radish with Cuttlefish Slices where they used dried cuttlefish which is smell and tasted so overpowering.

Delivery wise is pretty late, the first day arrives at 6.45 pm 2nd and 3rd day around 6.20 pm and the earliest will ve the 5th(last day) at 4.30 pm.

Food was so so to be honest. Had subscribed to several tingkat caterer before. This is not one of the best caterer i tried.
Secondly is the delivery was quite late to my doorstep compared to the rest. Usually those lunch caterer will state 10-1.30pm for delivery but usually around 12pm. For this caterer is around 1pm. So to my own personal preference, i prefer early lunch.
Lately to touch on pricing, it is definitely cheaper than the rest.

The stem vegetable tends to come with big stems harder to chew and eat. Some meats dishes came with higher portion of bones than meats.

Been repeat customer since Oct 2020, exceptional customer service(responsive), delivery man also very nice and food.

Took the lunch trial and very satisfied with the food. Enough for 1 pax. Came on time every day and food still warm.

Yes, food is good and portions are reasonable and even generous on some days. Would recommend to all.

A few times they didnt supply the right food. maybe cos their admin and kitchen staff have communications issues

The food quality, delivery time, prompt services to requests in general meet our expectations for lunch.

Still using this catering service since the very beginning as its still one of the most value for money company.

Food was delivered on time everyday. Good variety and cooking style is okay. Mainly Chinese food but was not too salty
