The delivery was time was prompt. The food variety was ok and taste also not bad. Customer service very good too.

The food delivery is not a standard timing. It can come at 10+am. If you like your food hot, you must have a microwave. The rice are harden by the time you eat so may be good to cook your own rice instead. Overall, I have enjoyed the variety of the dishes. Have ordered another 10 days. cheers!

Food taste good. Not salty and the portion is generous. Pretty like the menu and its definitelt plus point as there isn't fried stuffs which many other tingkat provided.
My only concern was my delivery is at 1pm probably because of my area, and I can't wait so late for lunch since I'm pregnant lady. However, I might re-order their tingkat again since the food is good.

Food, variety and portions are generally ok, except that the 4th dish is processed food around half of the time, which is not so good but an improvement from previously. Some of the vegetables tend to be cooked with too much starch. Requested for no hotdogs or luncheon meat and it was adhered to. Delivery for dinner to my place is usually around 3pm.

The tingkat was generally alright but recently there were repetition of ingredients example minced chicken within the same week. There should be more varieties of ingredients.
