Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

I have been ordering from this caterer for a while.
Mainly the ordering process is straight forward and delivery is smooth.
Food taste is acceptable to my family.

Good quality ingreident , food is tasty, portion is more than enough. Very happy overall, and renewed my order.

I ordered tingkat for 2 pax dinner and to my horror, the tingkat that they served us was "baby size". Compared to the usual 3 tier tingkat size, the tingkat that Hewtop Catering used is half that size. The food was quite bad, we had to dabao zi char dishes every night as "add-on" dishes for our dinner. I will definitely NOT recommend this caterer and will NEVER order from them again. For the price that I paid, I can get a much much better deal from other caterers instead.

The food quality and quantity is good. I am definitely impress by the customer services, called up to arrange for an earlier start date, and the lady who attended to me was able to make the change immediately. Because of the service, ordered for another 20 days.

I have been ordering from Hewtop for past 2 years. They offered one of the most reasonable priced tingkat without the additional condo charges.
They used to be non-GST registered in the past and now prices are slightly higher.

Repeated order with Hewtop.. Food portion was generous.. On a few occasion the soup was not properly sealed and leaked.. A few times soup turns sour upon opening.. Have renewed another 20 days.. Hopefully this time soup properly seal and wont turn sour..

Dishes are delicious and of wide range of variety. Delivery is usually on time. Repeat order. Highly recommended.

Not many caterers provide meal for one pax. This one is really good value for money, 3 dishes with a soup as well. Taste wise, quite good. The portion is generous and is good for upto two pax for a small eater. I am with Foodline for close to two years and is very satisfied with their overall services.

The food was good and update to expectation.
Have made repeated order.
Delivery is punctual.
Will recommend to friends and others.

Food is tasty and generally healthy. Repeat customer and will consider ordering from Hewtop again in the future.
