I find the dishes generally tasty and nice. It is good value for money but lately I realized that for my next order there will be GST charge which was not communicate earlier.

I do not like lady finger and braised pork trotter, so please replace with other dishes should on certain day those dishes are served. Thank you.

The food is as expected for the affordable price and the delivery was early for most days except one day when it came around 12.45pm. Will order again!l

Overall I find the food taste n selection to be above average for tingkat meals! Portions are generous too! Will definitely consider for a longer term tingkat order.

The food was okay. The portions were more than enough for 2 people. For people who stay in Pasir Ris like me, it will be the first stop for delivery, meaning DINNER will be here at 230pm.

We ordered from Hewtop Catering. The Tingkat was delivered to our place at 3pm. This is way too early for dinner as we return late from work most times. We feedback to the company and they allowed refund for the balance.

We find the dinner on the first day of delivery not satisfactory. The Rendang chicken on the menu was replaced by Soya Sauce chicken. This dish did not look and taste fresh, as if it was not cooked on the same day. The minced chicken with preserved vegetables was disappointing. There was no preserved vegetables but frozen mixed instead. The worst dish was the ladyfingers. The vegetables was so old that it was so tough to chew.

We are however pleased with the customer services of FoodLine Sales. Thank you Ai Ying.

Dishes are usually varied in variety. Tasty in terms of taste. Repeat orders. The few times there are mix-ups, caterer will give replacement dish next day.

Food was delivered on time. Food is edible but not fantastic. There is processed food everyday. First time when we ordered, no soup was delivered which maybe due to special request that we had. This time there were soup.

This is my second time ordering from Hewtop. Food is value for money and taste is acceptable. Just to note that the 4th dish is usually processed food.

Food was decently sized, however quality was overall not very good, Soups were consistently bad and the seasonal vegetable items usually wasn't very good also. Meat dish was usually ok. Had one day where the driver didn't deliver had got 1 day replacement instead
