All the dishes and soups are very delicious and nutritious. The delivery uncle as well as customer service are very efficient. Will not hesitate to recommend Hewtop to my friends, colleagues and relatives.

Food was better than expected, will continue ordering. However, delivery time was too early in the day

Have not met with food that disregard the special requests so I'm happy about that. The customer service helped me to inform the delivery person to press the doorbell and so far has no more issues.
Soup container is sealed such that there's no leakage at all which I like

The food is beyond my expectation. I love the portion and the way they were cooked, close to home-cooked style. However, 1 issue which I was quite upset is the delivery time. The order was for dinner, but delivery came at 2.30pm everyday and the food can only be taken after 6pm since I am working before that time. There was a sticker on the bag which says "suggest to be taken between 2.30pm and 6.30pm. So it means the food can only be taken at the end of the suggested time :(

3rd time ordering with Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd.. Food is usually on time and portion are generous too.. seldom see repeated dishes.. Food is not oily and salty.. Taste just right..

This was the second time which I have ordered from Hewtop. Not so often to see repeated menu. I ordered 4 dishes so sometimes the 4th dishes were those fried toufu skin fish cake which can be oily. Sometimes vegetables can be salty but I’m alright with that. Overall the food tastes like the normal mixed-vegetables. Worth for the price.

Food and variety is generally good, and different type of vegetable everyday which is good. However, the 4th dish can be a disappointment on some days, especially getting 2 pieces of luncheon meat. 4th dish is usually processed food, which is not ideal. Hope the 4th dish can be proper cooked food just like the 1st three dishes. There was 1 day when the fish was not fresh. Pork ribs taste good but very little meat. Lunch delivery is sometimes quite late at around 1.30pm. Customer service is good.
