The menu has a reasonable variety, but it can get repetitive over time. The deliveries are mostly on time, but to early for my case (before 3pm for dinner). Customer service is responsive, though it sometimes takes a bit of follow-up to resolve issues.

It’s a convenient option for busy schedules, but there’s room for improvement in terms of consistency and variety. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to get meals delivered, but don’t expect perfection.

On 2 occasions received prawn dish while I requested no seafood for this order. Anyway, this was compensated with 2 dishes upon feedback regarding this incident. Overall, the food quality can be better as family members' feedback almost every dish is cooked with lantern pepper, and this is slightly spicy for them.

The service has always been good and delivery prompt. However, the quantity of the food has been progressively diminishing, and the variety has been narrowing.

Have been ordering from hewtop for past few years. Food portion wise is big but the variety of vegetables tends to be the same. Usually we don’t eat the vegetable dishes as it can be bitter at times .

Too many duplicate dishes within 2 week especially vegetables. Assam fish I can eat but omitted sigh

We have been with Hewtop for nearly two years. During this time, the food quality has consistently met my expectations. However, lately, there have been issues such as repeated dishes for consecutive days, and the steamed fish has also had a strong smell.

Despite these recent concerns, I have just renewed the contract. I hope to see the same level of quality we experienced before.
