Duck dish was the worst - meat too hard and mostly bones. Other dishes ok. Vegetables, prawns, hot dog, sweet and sour fish, etc all very nice.

The food is alright and taste good, The dishes are alright and acceptable by the old folk. These are feedback from the old folk.

The dishes are delicious but sometimes the pairing is a bit off as all the savory comes together, should separate them on different days. Other than that very value for money with good services and soup are delicious too. Will recommend

Food was good, not the first time ordering, had good changes in the menu. Affordable, ok for the price accordinlgy.

One of the meat patty has metal piece in it and after feedback, the responsibility is pushed to the meat supplier saying that machinery are used to minced the meat hence spare parts would have been loosen. I didnt lodge a complain to the government agency but i heard it's a serious issue when metal piece is found in food.

Delivery of food always prompt. Definitely A Good value for money, especially for a one person meal.

Am generally disappointed with hewtop. Have ordered consecutively for around 5 times and quality of food is about the same, pretty average. Caterer don’t seem to improve its quality. This is my last order. What made me finally stop ordering from them was the rubber timing. 7 out of 10 times arrived on the dot at 630pm or later rendering it inedible by NEA standard. Now that I have moved on to another caterer, I’m so happy with my new caterer. Should have moved on long time ago.

Food is nice and to my family's liking. Not too salty so it's healthier for daily consumption. Delivery is on time.

Standard Tingkat food meal, delivery time in between 620pm to 645pm. Too late for me as I prefer to have meal at 6pm.

All is fine but wish for more variety of vegetable. Has feedback to chef and hope to be returned customer
