Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

The food and service was good.

So far so good. 2nd renewal. Staff is helpful and prompt in response to questions. Be great if vendor can have a wider variety of food rotation.

Overall it was satisfactory experience. Delivery was consistently punctual. Overall food was not too oily nor salty.

Food portion is optimal. In general, the service and quality is above our expectations. Response is prompt and delivery is always on-time. We choose the tingkat option instead of disposable container for the environmental reasons, glad that they provide this option.

The food is okay. When feedback to customer service and they did action on the matter. Overall still acceptable..

The food is value for money and with Foodline the deal gets better with voucher. Great to have Hewtop as our usual tingkat provider.

Pleased with the caterer in terms of food and service. The food provided is sufficient and good. Will definitely order again.

Offers a wide variety of dishes except for their veggie dishes. Overall value for money. One suggestion is to prepare the food at a later timing as some of the dishes have turned bad for some days, especially dishes with tofu.

This was my second experience with Hewtop and I was as impressed as with the first round. This caterer is my favorite and nothing even comes close to it's quality, punctuality, and value for money.

Food is generally good. However the timing can be improved. A few times the delivery was late, later than 630pm and food was deemed to have expired according to the sticker pasted on top of the tingkat. Feedback was given, the reply was there was a change in driver and route. Would appreciate compensation of some sort instead of just a reply like that.
