The food tasted normal. Customer support was excellent.
The only drawbacks were the delivery timing which was too late (1 pm). The delivery uncle was so in rush and often leave the food on the floor.

I can't remember this is how many time i have order from this caterer but so far so good, foods was ok...

Soup comes in well-sealed container and food is placed on my shelf without any spillage. The food quality is okay in general. May not follow the stated food menu at times. Would prefer if there is less oil used.

Spread and taste of food was great, would be great if their rice is not in syroform box cause that will defeat the purpose of eating healthy.

I have been ordering from Hewtop for quite some times. The food was good, the delivery also always on time.

I tried 5 days trial meal but the food taste is not to my liking or my taste.

Since the start of 2021, we have been looking forward to eating outside food amid the pandemic. But with the TingKat, we are fortunate that Hewtop has always kept their menu fresh for us. Especially we like the delicious sweet and sour fish dish. Personally, the fish slices are cooked just right even after a few minutes in the microwave.
The Braised Tau Kee and Tau Pok is yet simple but great for days when you like it light and not oily. Best served with a bowl of warm rice. We like the texture of braised being to be softened the Tau Pok. Excellent dish nevertheless and tastes pretty close to home-cooked standard.
