Delivery is reliable. Food qty n std meet my expectations. Will prefer more variety n styles
and less processed items.

Despite so many good reviews from others, I really don't enjoy their food.
In particular, the fish is VERY salty ALL the time.
Also once the tofu tasted sour- probably spoilt since they cooked it so early.

Unfortunately i signed up for 20 days.

SAD.

A long term supporter of this caterer. Simple home cooked food. Customer support is prompt and responsive . Overall, I am happy with them.

Overall quality is good and delivery is always before 5pm. Just sometimes the dish was different than that on the menu and replaced with some instant food such as preserved pickles and sausages. Dishes could have more varieties also. The 3-pax portion is not enough for 2 adults plus 1 kid. Sometimes the food is oily and salty.

Food variety is good and food is nice and quantity is just nice. Prompt delivery everyday and never miss any delivery so far.

Caterer was prompt in answering queries. Portions of food smaller than another caterer but taste ok. Prefer more variety. But one dislike is that food arrived too early for dinner at 2:30pm

Food was generally okay. But serving portion is small. It would be good if the serving portion is bigger and have more food varieties.

This is not the 1st time we engaged tingkat dinner from Hewtop.
Compared to other tingkat dinner, the food variety is wonderful and my son likes to drink the soup (Although slightly salty).
Overall is good. I am extending the tingkat dinner.

Food was somewhat around expectation however the request for most soup was being rejected as my mum loves the soup.

The variety for this caterer is not bad. Once in awhile you get good value items like fish maw and prawns. Portion and taste wise is quite good. Already catered for 3 months and so far no glitches in delivery.
