Pleasant food for it’s price point. Highly-soup is cooked using stock base. A little too much MSG (I might be wrong). Had a soured tofu delivered, contacted through whatsapp, the resolution to service recovery is that they will notify the kitchen.
Value for money tingkat meal in Foodline
I think the foods are generally okay for the price you paid as it is the cheapest in foodline. However, it is a bit salty for us.

Recommended tingtkat
The foods delivered were above my expectation. Taste is just nice, not to salty and oily. Only mishap was there was a missing dish during one of the delivery but the team reacted well and compensated me an additional dish in the following day.
Food is generally good!
Generally the food is tasty. Please consider providing less tau kau dishes. In addition, the tau kau are too dry and tough to eat.
Food is okay but vegetables turn bad sometimes
Food is okay just that some time vegetables turned bad early. Delivery time could be adjusted to prevent this.

Significant dropped in food quality
3rd or 4th repeated order. Portion is still good. But, quality and taste of the food has dropped as compared to the past. There were more misses this time. The dishes in the last month displayed, in my opinion, either laziness in preparation of menu and food, or signs of overwhelming orders. Frequency of processed food such as meat/fish balls, fish cake and chicken sausages has increased to about once to twice a week. Stir fried cucumber came with large thick cuts and seeds not removed at all. Some green vegetables such as Xiao bai cai came uncut and tasted smelly/bitter/pungent (signs of the vege not washed properly?). Seasonings used on fried fish slices were on the salty side. Some soups were cooked with deep fried food and this caused the entire soup to be oily. One example is shown in the photo. Overall, it was a disappointing month as dinner experience was really bad that I wasn't looking forward to dinner towards the end of the 20 days.
Hopefully Hewtop will find and address the reasons that caused such significant dropped in food quality soon.

Value for Money
Food was generally okay. But serving portion is small. It would be good if the serving portion is bigger and have more food varieties.

1) Sweet & Sour Chicken - Surprising the taste is great even it is reheated, a well-balanced flavor to savour! Truly using soft chicken meat is the key.
2)Mixed steam egg - This may be a simple dish, but to steam to perfection is not an easy task. It is very creative of Hewtop to do an add-on to the steam egg to make it one of our “all-time” favorite!
3) Salt & Pepper fish slices - Another clever use of spice to make fish slices so tasty…the pepper gives the dish a unique taste!
