Overall our family is satisfied with most of the items on the menu. The staff are responsive to feedback too. Through the company's whatsapp, ... More they do reply to my messages of feedback and queries as soon as they can. Recently, the caterer have changed the covers for the soups: from sealant type (like the ones bubble tea uses) to proper covers (like the covers food courts used to da bao soupy food). This is a wise and best improvement that Hewtop had made. Due to this improvement, the soups are always delivered fresh, no more sour soups, no spills and mess compared to when they just seal the top of the containers. Greatly appreciate this improvement to best serve your tingkat customers.
