My tingkat was for 4 days a week. For some weeks out of 4 days, 3 days are this kind of braised chicken with bones. Some weeks everyday. It is not really children friendly if you have young children or elderly at home as sometimes you may ingest small fragments of bones. Feedback but nothing was done except towards the end of my tingkat subscription, they gave chicken without bones. Also, prawn were not fresh at all. Flesh sticks to the shell and its so hard to deshell the prawns. Variety of tingkat also quite repetitive.

The food was average at best. It can be better if uses less ready made or frozen food. Soup was good.

Ordered 3 dishes and 1 soup; the portion was just right for 3 adults. Out of 10 days, the food was salty on 5 days

Food was little. Quality of food was not adequate. Delivery sporadic timing. Packaging was neat. There were meat dishes.

It is decent (edible) but not fantastic. They have brown rice option which is good. But some days, the brown rice is too dry or only one of the dishes is nice. Phone service (especially greeting when picking up phone) can be improved.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on your tingkat service. While the overall quality of the dishes is decent, I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of variety. I’ve noticed that chicken is served quite frequently, and it would be great to see more diverse options on the menu.

Additionally, the chicken used in the soups tends to be quite tough and boney, which makes it less enjoyable. While the dishes are fine, they don't quite stand out or feel crafted to impress.

Standard has dropped. Ordered a 2nd time and this time is wae a disappointment. As usual, always given chicken with bones, hence very little meat.

Caterer needs to relook into their hygiene standards. Highlighted that I found worm in the vegetable dish but they brush it off as a common issue. I understand that worm can be very commonly found in vegetable but response should be better managed.

Overall food taste was not bad. Soups were tasty.

So far consider good value tingkat provider. However, variety of dishes and taste can further improved.

Pros: delivery is on time.
Cons: Food portion is small for two person. The seasonal vegetable is mostly the same every 2-3days.
