Jessie Catering Pte Ltd

Repeated order from this tingkat service provider. Delivery the food on time, food is tasty, fresh, not oily and salty. It just fine for my food preference. Will order again.

First-time order and impressed—seafood was fresh, dishes flavorful, and service was reliable! Would recommend to anyone that is trying for tinkat service.

I’ve been enjoying Jessie Catering Pte Ltd’s tingkat meals. The food tastes good and the portions are just right—not too much or too little. I especially like their soups, which are always flavourful. Delivery is consistently on time, making it a reliable choice for daily meals.

Food is not too salty or oily. Portions are just enough for one small eater person. Beancurd and tofu commonly repeated, not my mum’s favourite.

Saltines and sweetness had reduced but can be better. Portions of dishes are not constant. Keep it up

Have been ordering from Jessie Tingkat for many months now, tasted good and generous with the portion, my son and myself loved it! Highly recommended!

Repeated purchase from Jessie Catering Pte Ltd. Food is generally OK.......................................................................

My dad said sometimes dishes not nice and portion small.. might try somewhere else after this. Hope they can improve

My husband and I are big eaters, so we really appreciate that the portion sizes are generous — that’s definitely one of the strengths of this caterer. We felt full and satisfied with each meal in terms of quantity.

In the beginning, the meals were great — tasty, fresh, and offered good variety. However, over time, we noticed the menu becoming quite repetitive. Some dishes we really enjoyed haven’t shown up again, while the ones we’re not too fond of — like soy sauce chicken and various potato-based dishes — seem to appear far too frequently. We’ve had potato dishes as many as three times in one week, and soy sauce chicken has been on repeat several times. It would be great to see a better rotation of dishes, especially bringing back some of the favorites that haven’t been offered in a while.

Another point of concern is that the meals we receive often don’t match the menu that is sent out in advance. This inconsistency makes it hard to look forward to specific dishes or plan meals around what’s expected. While occasional substitutions are understandable, it’s become a regular occurrence, which is disappointing.

Overall, while we do enjoy the convenience and generous portions, we hope to see more thoughtful variety in the menu and better alignment with the planned meal schedule. With some improvements, this service could be excellent.

Second time ordering 20 day tingkat. Food was always on time, menu is acceptable and accommodated our requirements eg non spicy for the kids.
