Order for my mum. Quality was initially satisfactory but the soups have become very salty. Instructions from call recipient to kitchen to driver seem to fall through the gap. Mum’s review: Soups are be salty sometimes. Portion sizes are reasonable. If can include so some spicy and sour dishes will be good. Fish dishes are usually not nice.

Food quality not bad. Mum finds some soups nice but a bit salty. Deliveryman still does not follow instruction even though it has been 3 cycles of order, to leave food on the chair but hangs on the door lever n risk whole package falling to the ... More floor. I asked to change frequency of delivery once but was also not carried out on the ground. The communication chain from customer service to delivery man is broken. This can be frustrating.

Caterer had teething delivery issues for first 3 days- delivered to wrong address, short of 1 dish and gave rice when not needed, wrong dish, did not put food on chair as requested. They resolved by 4th day and were prompt to accede change requests. ... More Food not bad.

My mother feedback that the dishes kept repeating with typical lower cost ingredients like beancurd and fishballs. She asked to suspend the meals..

Variety, quantity and quality of dishes still about the same, three dishes, not oily or salty for one person.

Food is not too salty or oily. Portions are just enough for one small eater person. Beancurd and tofu commonly repeated, not my mum’s favourite.

Helped my extended familiar order for lunch as few deliver 10-day lunch. Food ok but last few days, delivery was 2-3 hrs late because of unfamiliarity by relief driver. Caterer also no response when called until Foodline customer service helped.

First tine ordering from Kim’s Catering on family’s behalf. They feedback that the food was generally ok.

First time upgraded to add a soup to 3 dishes as the top up cost is minimal. Unfortunately, my mother feedback that all the soups tasted very salty and had very little ingredients. Only the black bean soup was nice.
