Completed three cycles of 10 days Tingkat Dinner and one 20 days cycle with this same caterer. Decided to renew for the 20 days cycle (5th times). Overall the food was good. The food portion are reasonable. One adverse comment is that the Fish dish is always the same type of Fish. Need to consider different types. Wish to taste other type. On the whole, Good quality of economical food. The food is delivered daily consistently on time.

Food not bad and customer service is good.

First time order from Jia Ba. Food quite okay and usually do not feel thirsty after eating(No msg). The Sambal Egg is nice and well cooked. As we know the green layer on an overcooked egg yolk is a harmless compound called ferrous sulfide, which forms when the egg is exposed to high heat for too long. So far their hard boiled egg is good.

Soups are very tasty as chef boiled with soybean for most of the soups. However I have sensitive stomach, so the soybean caused stomach bloated.

Customer service is very accommodating and agreed to change my order to 4 dishes instead of 3 dishes + 1 soup. Really appreciated.
