I'm so happy with the tingkat delivery service I've been using. The food always tastes like a home-cooked meal, the portions are very satisfying, and the flavor is great—not too oily or salty. There's a different menu every day, so I never get bored.

The delivery is always on time, and the food arrives warm and ready to eat. It's truly made my life easier, especially after a long and tiring day.

The Tingkat started well in the beginning first week and 'degenerate' towards shelving out supermarket processed food (fish cake/ball/meatball/nuggets etc) twice/thrice per week. By tingkat would assimilate homecook dishes which in my generation doesn't include such in main meals. Dishes are very salty. Also menu changed without alert.

The food portion could be more, but the dishes were tasty and healthy. There were various cooking methods, not just fried food. The packaging was also environmentally friendly.

First time try this caterer. Completed one cycle 5 days Tingkat Dinner. Overall the food was neither good nor bad. The portion of the food are not constant. On the whole, Good quality of food. The food is delivered daily consistently on time.

I've been ordered from them annually during in the month of Ramadhan. The foods are not so spicy as my child unable to take spicy food. For Muslim people that have no time to cook in the morning (Sahur) and have little children that undergo fasting training can get their service. Just heat up in microwave. The foods have been improving a lot in terms of taste, varieties and packaging.
